Can I cancel my exam date?
If you are in the USA or Canada, you should call 1-800-468-6335 at least 3 days before the specified date. You can postpone the exam date to a different date you want.
If you are in Turkey, you should call 00 31-26-352-1577 at least 3 days before. If you postpone the date, you will have to pay $40. After the cancellation, only $65 of the exam fee you have paid will be refunded.
